Viktor Frankl was an inmate of four concentration camps including Auschwitz. Man's Search for Meaning details the psychotherapeutic method he developed as a prisoner attempting to find a reason to live. The book is in two parts, the first half is an autobiographical account of his time in the camps and the second half explains his existential therapy.
